Cancellation Policy

ReelFlow Studio – Booking Policy Shoot Location Responsibility Subscribers are responsible for securing and confirming the location for their scheduled shoot unless ReelFlow Studio has explicitly confirmed a location in writing prior to the booking. Clients must ensure the location is accessible, permitted for filming, and ready at the scheduled time. Scheduling & Coordination All sessions must be booked in advance through ReelFlow Studio’s scheduling system and are subject to staff availability. Clients are encouraged to book early to secure preferred dates and times. Cancellations & Rescheduling If a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled, ReelFlow Studio requires at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled shoot time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being voided. No credits, refunds, or rollovers will be issued for voided sessions. Communication & Adjustments Subscribers are expected to proactively communicate any potential challenges, conflicts, or changes related to their booking (including location issues, access delays, or timing concerns). Early communication allows ReelFlow Studio to make reasonable adjustments when possible and helps ensure a smooth and successful shoot experience.
